Bearing material |
| Bearing inner ring, outer ring, ball are made of refining bearing steel AISI52100 ( or chrome steel GCr15), or stainless steel AISI440C (or 9CR18). Retainer is made of H62 or 08 steel plate, SPCC steel , stainless steel AISI304 or AISI302, reinforcing fiber resin, plastic , copper material, etc. ZZ shield is made from Japanese steel SPCC ,stainless steel AISI304 or AISI302. 2RS rubber seal adopt steel plate framework with phosphating surface treatment and NBR after heat pressure. Stainless steel bearing framework is made from AISI304 or AISI302.  |
